  1. Withdrawal Criteria: Manuscripts submitted to JPHSC may be withdrawn by the authors under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

Identification of significant errors that cannot be corrected through an erratum or corrigendum.

Violation of ethical standards in research or publication.

Duplicate submission/publication.

Authorship disputes or conflicts.

  1. Withdrawal Procedure: Authors wishing to withdraw their manuscript from consideration must submit a formal request to the editorial office of JPHSC. The request should include the following information:

Title of the manuscript.

Manuscript ID number (if available).

Reason for withdrawal.

Confirmation that all co-authors agree to the withdrawal (if applicable).

  1. Editorial Review: Upon receipt of a withdrawal request, the editorial team will review the request and assess its validity based on the provided information and journal policies. Authors may be requested to provide further clarification or documentation to support their request.
  2. Publication Status: If a manuscript has not been formally accepted and published by JPHSC, it may be withdrawn without further consequences. However, if the manuscript has already been published or accepted for publication, withdrawal may only be permitted under exceptional circumstances, and the decision will be at the discretion of the editorial board.
