We understand that occasionally circumstances may arise that require a refund for purchases made through our platform. Therefore, we have developed the following refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness:

  1. Subscription Refunds:

If you have purchased a subscription to the "Journal of Psychology, Health, and Social Challenges" and are unsatisfied with the service provided, you may request a refund within 30 days of the subscription start date.

Refund requests made after the 30-day period will not be eligible for consideration.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your subscription details and the reason for the refund request.

  1. Article Processing Charges (APCs) Refunds:

Authors who have paid Article Processing Charges (APCs) for publishing their research in the "Journal of Psychology, Health, and Social Challenges" may be eligible for a refund under certain circumstances.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the APC payment date.

Refunds will only be granted if the submitted manuscript has not yet undergone peer review.

Authors must provide a valid reason for requesting a refund, such as withdrawal of the manuscript or technical errors in the submission process.

  1. Digital Product Refunds:

Refunds for digital products, such as downloadable articles or electronic versions of the journal, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.

Refunds will not be granted if the digital product has been accessed or downloaded by the customer.

  1. Processing of Refunds:

All refund requests will be reviewed by our customer support team.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

Depending on the payment method and financial institution, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
