sample consisted of 150 University Teachers (74 male, 76 Females), age ranges from 23 to 74 years, from universities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Clance Imposter Phenomenon Scale (Levant, Villwock, & Manzardo, 2020), Almost Perfect Scale- Revised (Slaney et al., 2001), and Life Satisfaction scale (Diener, 1980), were used. Results showed that Imposter Phenomenon significantly and inversely predicts Life Satisfaction among university teachers. Adaptive Perfectionism moderated the relationship between Imposter Phenomenon and Life Satisfaction, while Maladaptive Perfectionism did not significantly moderated between Imposter Phenomenon and Life Satisfaction. Significant Differences were found among teachers working in Government and Private sector universities on Imposter Phenomenon. Findings of the study should be taken into account when working on Imposter Phenomenon and providing guidance and counseling to University Teachers.
